TITLE : BEAD BREAKER
A bead breaker is a tool which has played an important role in the field of mechanical industrialization. The tool make work easier when removing a tyre in a rim separation. This promote the use of little manpower when doing the task compared to doing it manually. The bead breaker is made of mild steel at the head which pushes the rim inwards and leaves the tyre to come out. The material made on it made it to be strong and firm. The materials needed to fabricate a bead breaker is affordable and available also it to acquire. This bead breaker has contributed much in the field of mechanics due to convenient and efficiency as well low maintenance cost. Also[DOUGLAS1] it is cheap and durable.
A bead breaker is a machine used to separate tyre from rim by applying less energy and it is easy to operate.
It’s manufacturing has promoted the use of scrap material which is available and cheap to acquire.This materials are as follows warn out leaf spring and the water pipes which makes it’s production cost to low.

Maintenance cost is low
Does not require more skills to manufacture
It’s difficult to use it with big tyres and rims

Metal pipe of diameter 0.5cm and 1.5 long

1.prepare the material required i.e make sure that you have all the materials required for the construction.
2.cut the dimensions for each of the part.
3.Drill holes for the part required to be drilled.
4.Weld the base and arms at an angle of 90
5.weld the lever arm with the leaf spring.
6.Bolt the welded lever arm to the handle such that it swings freely. 7.Join the stand and the base at an angle of 90.
8.Bolt the handle to the stand such that it swings freely.
1.Remove the vavle core to release air pressure from the tyre.
2.Start with the shallow side nearest to the center.
3.place the feet of the bead breaker in between the tyre and the rim.
